Hi, I'm Judy. Most people call me Momma Judy.
I've been called that my whole life. Turns out I was being trained for this moment.
I've spent 36 years in healing work, hands-on with people since 1990, board certified, and I understood what trauma does to a body.
Then I took a DNA test to find out whether I carried the BRCA gene, and I did not thank fully. It did tell me the man who raised me wasn't my biological father. My mom had already passed. I spent weeks flat on the couch, still taking care of everyone around me, without a single word that could that could discribe what I was feeling. Then I designed a MAP to create my path out.
So I built the words. Identity Level Trauma® is what happens when a lie or a loss reaches the place where you keep your sense of what's real. Then I built the MAP.
